Privacy Policy

Effective date and last modified: 25 October 2026

Small Cat Factory is based in Croatia and makes the Parliament Brawl game (the "Game"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play it. You can reach us at [email protected].

In short: the Game has no account and sends nothing to us. Your progress and settings stay on your device. The Game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: to show and measure them, Google's ad software in the Game collects device identifiers and the other information described below. Where the law requires it (in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent with Google's consent form before it shows any ad, and on iPhone and iPad it asks Apple's permission before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking. Purchases go through Google Play or Apple's App Store; we never see your payment details. If you buy No Ads, the Game shows no ads and does not start Google's ad software.

What stays on your device

The Game saves the following on your device so it can remember where you are:

  • your progress: the sittings you have won and the chambers open to you, your Influence, your permanent upgrades, the fighters, outfits and weapon skins you have and which ones you wear, the chamber and fighter you last picked, and your best time and knockouts;
  • which of the store's products you own, so the Game works offline;
  • the counts that pace the ads: how many reward ads you watched today for each kind of reward, how many runs ago an ad last played between runs and when;
  • your settings, such as music and sounds on or off.

Google's consent software also keeps your ad choices on your device (see "Your choices about ads" below). None of this is sent to us. Uninstalling the Game, or clearing its storage in your device settings, deletes it.

Ads

The Game shows two kinds of ads: reward ads, which play only when you tap a button marked "AD" (to come back once in a run, to double a run's Influence, or to see new level-up choices), and after some runs a full-screen ad between runs. No ad plays during a run.

The ads come from Google AdMob, Google's ad service. Google's Mobile Ads software inside the Game collects the following and sends it to Google:

  • device identifiers: on Android, the advertising ID and the app set ID; on iPhone and iPad, the identifier for vendors and, only if you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA);
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location (such as your country or city) can be worked out;
  • information about your device and the Game, such as the device model, operating system version, language, screen size and the Game's version;
  • how you interact with ads and the Game: that the Game started, which ads were shown, and taps and views of them;
  • diagnostic information about the ad software itself, such as crashes and performance.

Google uses this information to show ads, limit how often you see the same one, measure them, prevent fraud and abuse and, where you allow it, show ads based on your interests (personalised ads). Google handles it under its privacy policy, as Google describes in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Where the consent form lists other advertising partners, they may receive this information too if you consent. We do not receive this information about you: AdMob gives us only overall reports, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned, by country and by app version.

Your choices about ads

  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game shows Google's consent form before any ad. You can choose whether Google and its partners may store and read information on your device and show you personalised ads. If you say no, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time under Privacy options in the Game's Settings.
  • In US states whose laws give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising, Privacy options in the Game's Settings lets you do so.
  • On iPhone and iPad, the Game asks with Apple's prompt whether it may track you. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared with Google. You can change this in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
  • On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's settings (on most devices under Privacy, Ads, or Google, Ads), after which apps can no longer use it for personalised ads.
  • No Ads: if you buy No Ads, the Game shows no ads at all and does not start Google's ad software.

You can also see and change how Google personalises ads in My Ad Center.

Purchases

The Game offers optional one-time purchases: No Ads, chamber packs, the Campaign Fund, gala outfits and bundles of them. They are handled by the app store you got the Game from (Google Play or Apple's App Store). The store processes the payment and gives the Game the product, transaction and ownership information it needs to complete and restore the purchase. We do not receive your payment card details. For our accounting, refunds and tax obligations, the store gives us order records such as the order number, product, price, date and country. The store's own terms and privacy policy govern its processing.

On Android the Game uses Google's Play Billing Library for this. When the Game starts, and when you tap Restore Purchases, it asks the Google Play app on your device which of the Game's products you own, and the shop shows the prices Google Play gives it. The Game keeps only the answer, which products you own, on your device; it does not keep or send the order or payment details. To provide the purchase service, the library may also send Google technical information about how that service is working on your device, which Google handles under its privacy policy.

On iPhone and iPad the Game uses Apple's StoreKit, part of iOS, in the same way: when the Game starts, and when you tap Restore Purchases, it asks StoreKit which of the Game's products your Apple Account owns, and the shop shows the prices the App Store gives it. The Game keeps only the answer on your device. Restore Purchases may ask you to sign in to the App Store. Apple handles this under its privacy policy.

Internet and permissions

The Game plays offline. It uses the internet only for ads, through Google's ad software, and for purchases, through Google Play or the App Store. On Android, Google Play's app protection built into the Game may also check with Google Play that the Game was installed from Google Play, and if it wasn't, ask you to get it there. It has no servers of its own and no analytics or tracking software of its own. It does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files. On Android it lists the permissions for network access, Google Play's billing and the advertising ID; on iPhone and iPad it asks only Apple's tracking permission described above.

Statistics from the app store

Google Play and Apple give developers statistics about their apps, such as install counts and, from people who chose to share diagnostics with Google or Apple, crash and performance reports. We use these to fix problems and improve the Game. They come from the store under its own privacy policy, not from the Game, and we do not use them to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address, your message and anything you choose to send so we can answer you. We keep the correspondence only as long as we need it to help you and to meet legal obligations. Please do not send us sensitive personal information.

Legal bases, sharing and transfers

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, the legal bases are: your consent, for personalised ads and for storing and reading information on your device for ads where the law requires consent; our legitimate interest in funding the free Game with ads that are not personalised, measuring them and preventing fraud, and in keeping the Game working and improving it (store statistics); performing our contract with you (your purchases and the support you ask for); and legal obligations (order records).

We do not sell personal data. The Game's ad software sends the information described in "Ads" to Google and, with your consent, to the advertising partners named in the consent form. Under some US state laws this may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising; you can opt out as described in "Your choices about ads". Information may also be disclosed to the app store as the payment provider, to our email provider when you write to us, and to authorities when the law requires it. These providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, using legally recognised safeguards where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to information about, access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] to use any of these rights. Because the Game keeps your progress and settings only on your device, we cannot see or delete them remotely: uninstall the Game or clear its storage to delete them. For the information Google's ad software collects, use Privacy options in the Game's Settings, your device's advertising ID settings and Google's own controls, such as My Ad Center and your Google Account.

Children

The Game is made for players aged 13 and over. It is not designed for or directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If the Game, its providers or the law change, we may update this policy. We will change the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give notice in the Game or its store listing. If the Game ever starts to collect personal data for us, this policy will say so before it does.
